Skating was a huge success - the kids did awesome!! Thanks to Cam, Neena, Chase, Caleb, Holden, Kayla, Kate and Liam's families for helping Div. 9 out by driving, tying skates and skating with us!
Important Information and Upcoming Events...
***You may have noticed that your child has an extra book in their planner bag that has a post its on it - these are Reader's Workshop books that your child needs to practice. They will be presenting these as a group to the class after two weeks of RW stations.
***Christmas Art Cards were sent home, if you are planning to order please return by Nov 1 but even if you are not ordering please return and we'll put it in your child's memory book.
***Halloween is this week! Your child can wear their costumes to school in the morning but please make sure they are easy to take on and off as they will still be going out for recess and lunch. We wouldn't want a ripped costume for the big night! There will be a parade in the gym at 8:45 and our celebration will be in the afternoon so please still send a snack and lunch that day. A huge thanks to these families for providing treats...
Cole - fruit plate, Jaxxon - Veggie Tray, Liam - Cheese/crackers or small sandwiches,
Neena & A.J. - sweet treats, Kate - Popcorn/chips or pretzels
***Friday is Pajama Day, we'll still have family reading and it is also hot lunch day! Remember to get your orders to Munch a Lunch by Oct. 26th.
